Monthly price is what the carrier quotes as the monthly premium for the coverage amount, term and health tier you picked, due each month. Rate class identifies the underwriting level the quote assumes; the carrier confirms the actual class during underwriting. Exam shows whether the carrier usually orders medical testing; accelerated routes skip it for qualifying applicants. A.M. Best scores the carrier's financial stability.
