The quote tool

The quote form collects six items: your sex, birth date, self-assessed health, tobacco status, coverage amount needed and term preference. These go to the carriers' quoting infrastructure to fetch rates; we do not store them. Names, addresses, emails and phone numbers are not collected unless you apply.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers prefill the carriers' secure application, and you continue under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance entity (License 0B75129), manages the applications.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, optional phone number, how you prefer replies, the subject area, and your message text. Messages go to the agency inbox with your email as the return address. This site keeps no records of messages, no submission database, and no message history. Brief anti-spam processing happens in your browser before the form sends.

Measurement

Visits to this site are counted by first-party, cookieless tracking served from this domain itself. We do not set cookies or other site-based identifiers; we obscure two bytes of your IP before recording it; we strip the query string of referring URLs; we remove access logs after ninety days. Users sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control get skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We will not market, rent, sell or transfer personal information; we will not deploy ad networks or third-party analytics trackers. The sole outside code is the carriers' application service, which only loads if you navigate to our apply page.
